  14. This software was created due to to public unaccessibility of any overclock
  15. utilities. Tweak Utility for RAGE 128 can setup Rage 128 based card to any
  16. clocking

  28. INSTALLATION
  29.  
  30. Tweak Utility for RAGE 128 work in DOS real mode only. It is recommended
  31. that you launch Tweak Utility before loading Windows 95/98 GUI, but will
  32. work in Windows 95/98 FULL SCREEN DOS session (but not in Windows NT).

  34. Tweak Utility requires two parameters for overclocking:

  36. rageclk.exe gclk mclk
  37.  
  38. GCLK is frequency of controller chip Rage 128. MCLK is frequency of onboard 
  39. SDRAM memory. For example, for overclock Rage 128 GL based card to 100/125
  40. launch Tweak Utility as "rageclk.exe 100 125". You can insert this code in
  41. AUTOEXE.BAT.

  43. To display current clocking just run rageclk.exe without parameters in DOS
  44. or Windows 95/98 full screen DOS mode.
